This can vary depending on the scope of the project. A one-page website will have a much shorter time frame than a twenty-page magazine site. eCommerce sites also tend to take a bit longer.

How Much Will It Cost?
This too can vary wildly depending on the scope of the project. See my pricing page for a guideline on costs. I like to be upfront about my pricing and can work on both an hourly or project basis.
My standard hourly rate is $110 per hour, and my after hours/rush rate is $140 per hour.

Are Your Webpages Responsive?
All the websites are built to be mobile and tablet friendly and compatible with modern browsers.
Can You Manage My Website?
I provide ongoing support packages for those that wish to be hands-off with the technical side of things.
On WordPress, I can ensure your site stays up to date with the latest secure releases. As well as make any minor updates and changes you would like made over time. I can even post provided content to a blog or gallery regularly.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
I use Rounded for both the sending of invoices and also for collecting payment. On the invoice will be options to pay via Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, and direct deposit too. Invoice terms are 7 days and automated reminders are sent once they are overdue.
Project payments are made as follows:
- A 50% deposit is paid after the quotation is approved.
- A final 50% payment is paid once the site is complete, all modifications have been made, and prior to launch.
Can You Set Up Domains & Hosting?
I am happy to set up the hosting and domain for your website and once the website is complete, transfer it over so that it is in your name.
My preferred hosting provider for websites is VentraIP. They are Australian hosted, reasonably priced and provide good support. If you wish for me to arrange hosting, let me know, and I’ll include it in the quote.
Can You Make Changes to an Existing Website?
I definitely can. Though I will typically need to have a bit of a poke around your current site before I can put together a quote, as there are a number of things that can impact how big of a job it is, such as what apps or plugins you have installed. What themes are you using, whether everything is up-to-date, and any issues that might exist.
